Research Manager and Author for a Large Scale Registered Replication for the Ego-Depletion Effect.

  • Project was a large scale replication of ego depletion. Results of this 36 lab, 3,000 participant pre-registered replication were presented at the Society for Personality and Social Psychology Conference 2018.

  • Supervised undergraduate and graduate student researchers, implemented a controlled protocol, supervised data entry, and coordinated with data analysts

  • Research involved investigation of different methods of “brain training” to increase the efficiency of executive functioning as part of a National Science Foundation Grant

  • Administered manipulations and measures, scheduled participants for lab sessions, organized payment, and supervised research assistants

May 2013- June 2013

  • Awarded a student research grant from the College of Idaho for materials and expenses related to this international research project. The research involved an examination of the methods participants employ to group and encode visual data.

  • Designed the second study in a package, programmed stimuli, scheduled and paid participants, calibrated and used a gaze tracking device, analyzed data, and wrote a section of the paper
